Product & Availability
- Stock: We cannot guarantee that all products shown will be in stock at all times due to direct importing, production, and shipping delays. Popular items/colors may sell out.

Payment & Delivery Policy
Full Payment Required: Full payment is required before either delivery or customer pick-up.
Delivery Excluded: Delivery costs are not included in the product price.
Returns & Refunds
- No 'Change of Mind' Refunds: We do not offer refunds for 'change of mind'.
- Mattresses & Bed Sets: These items cannot be returned or exchanged once unwrapped and slept on.
- Customer Measurement Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to measure their home (doors, staircases, rooms) to ensure the goods will fit. A product that does not fit in your home is not considered faulty, and no refund will be provided.
