Click + Collect from our Store

We offer a click and collect service at our Onehunga store in Auckland, including all online and in-store purchases.

If you purchase online, you can choose "click and collect". If you need to collect your order on a specific date, you need to leave us a message when placing your order. Once we receive your order and when your goods are ready for collection, we will contact you by email and text message to let you know that they are ready for collection. It usually takes us 2-5 working days to prepare.

You will need to show your order number and your personal information when you collect your goods.

If you appoint someone to collect your goods on your behalf, your designated person must show your order number and your personal information.

Please note: Because our warehouse and store are at different addresses, and the warehouse cannot provide pickup service, if you want to buy in the store, we cannot provide immediate pickup, so in order to avoid wasting your valuable time, we usually need to make an advance reservation and pay a deposit (or call us in advance) and then we arrange to prepare your goods from the warehouse to the store for you to pick up, which usually takes 2-5 working days.
