Warranty Information

Ideal Furnitures offers a defect warranty for certain products for 1, 2,3, 5, or 10 years from the date of purchase.（The specific warranty period is based on the warranty period provided in the product description at the time of purchase.） This Warranty is subject to the Consumer Law.

This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This Warranty is not transferable and does not cover products used for commercial purposes.

We believe that if customers follow our advice and instructions and use it correctly, our products can be used for many years.

The following conditions are not covered by our warranty：

  • Normal wear and tear, breakage due to improper use or lack of care.
  • Man-made damage.
  • It is a natural occurrence for leather fabrics to stretch into comfort creases and therefore is not covered under warranty.
  • Installed by yourself, not properly installed, causing problems during use.
  • Damage occurring during your own handling and transportation of goods.

Any claims must provide proof of purchase from the original retailer.

Glass product: 1 Year

Glass components are under a 1 year warranty manufacturing defects. 

Exclusions: Generally excludes damage from impacts, chemicals, improper handling, poor maintenance, installation errors, acts of God, or normal wear and tear.
