Shipping Rates & Quotes

  • Single Item Base Rate: Prices displayed on product pages reflect the delivery cost for a single item only.
  • Multi-Item Orders: Adding additional items will incur extra charges. However, we offer consolidated shipping rates to give you the best value.
  • Custom Quotes: Our online shipping calculator is currently undergoing maintenance. For an accurate quote—especially for bulk orders or multiple items—please contact us with your delivery address and the items you wish to purchase.

Please note: The website's online shiping calculation system needs to be updated and adjusted, and the online shiping calculation display is temporarily unavailable. If you need a shiping quote, please contact us by email or phone with the product you want to purchase and the delivery address, and we will respond with a shiping quote as soon as possible.

 Specialized Delivery & Assembly

  • Ground Floor Policy: Standard delivery is to the ground floor only.
  • Upper-Level Delivery: If you require delivery via stairs or lift, please contact us in advance. An additional surcharge applies for upstairs delivery.
  • Assembly Services: We offer professional on-site assembly in the Auckland and Hamilton regions. Please contact our team for a quote if you require this service.
  • Access Check: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure furniture fits through doorways, lifts, and entrances. Redelivery due to access issues will incur additional charges.

Tracking & Pickups

  • Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. While we use reliable couriers, their specific schedules are beyond our direct control.
  • Store Pickup (Free): Orders can be collected from our warehouse:
