Click & Collect – Auckland Store Pickup

, we proudly offer a FREE Click & Collect service from our Onehunga, Auckland store for both online and in-store purchases.

How Click & Collect Works

If you purchase online, simply select “Click & Collect” at checkout.

If you require pickup on a specific date, please leave a note with your order when placing it.

Once your order has been received and your items are ready for collection, we will contact you by email and text message with pickup confirmation details.

Preparation time: Usually 2–5 working days.

What You Need for Pickup

When collecting your order, please bring:

  • Your order number
  • Valid personal identification/details

If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, your nominated person must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your personal information/details for verification

Important Store Pickup Information

Please note that our warehouse and retail store are located at different addresses, and the warehouse does not offer customer pickup services.

For in-store purchases, immediate pickup may not always be available. To avoid unnecessary delays or inconvenience, we recommend:

  • Reserving your item in advance
  • Paying a deposit, or
  • Calling us before visiting the store

This allows our team to arrange stock transfer from the warehouse to the Onehunga store for collection.

Stock transfer preparation time: Usually 2–5 working days.
